• Orders are processed after confirmation.
• Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• During promotions or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message.

đźšš Delivery Coverage and Timeframes
• Delivery is available within Egypt only.

• Cairo and Giza:
Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

• Other governorates:
Estimated delivery time is up to 4 business days, and in some remote areas delivery may take longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and external factors.

• Customers must ensure that the delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable.
• Mighty Foods is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.

📦 Packaging and Food Safety
• All Mighty Foods products are shipped in sealed, food-safe packaging.
• Customers should inspect the order upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, leaked, or tampered with, customers should refuse delivery or report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos.

• Mighty Foods is not liable for courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of Refuel products as food and nutrition items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos must be provided

Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit valid for 6 months.
